When Lacey from Island Moments Photography got in touch with us to be a part of a special mother/daughter shoot among the cherry blossoms, we jumped on board with excitement! There's something so magical about this time of year, when all of the flowers start blooming and the sun begins to shine a little warmer with each passing week. When we asked which dress she was thinking of using for the shoot, Lacey asked for our recommendation saying that the inspiration was a romantic, spring time vibe. We knew right away that our Island gown would fit right in to this particular mood!

The Island Wedding Dress is a beautifully unique combination of modern meets bohemian. It's actually made up of two dresses that you put on separately; an inner strapless ivory charmeuse gown, and an outer tulle and lace layer. While the inner dress hugs you comfortably, the outer dress is a total show stopper with its gorgeous blush and silver lace accents and statement trim along the train and bell sleeves. With no additional layers or petticoats for volume, this gown falls to the floor naturally and is perfectly carefree and comfortable! Needless to say, the dress fit in perfectly to Lacey's vision and these wonderful shots were captured. We're still swooning!
